A calming blend of floral and grounding herbs drawn from traditional Chinese herbal practice. Rose buds, jasmine, and osmanthus bring a delicate fragrance, balanced by the gentle sweetness of licorice root. For moments that call for calm.
Steep 1–2 tsp in 8 oz hot water for 10 minutes.
Ingredients: licorice root, rose buds, jasmine & osmanthus flowers (1.4 oz)

I've really enjoyed incorporating these herbal blends into my routine. Drinking the Flowers and roots herbal tea blend with it's beautiful pink flower buds makes me feel so in tune with the earth.
