Steep 1 tbsp in 8 oz hot water for 10 minutes.

Tea from Wong Herbal Apothecary is how I start and end my day. One cup in the morning to settle in, one at night to wind down. It's just part of my routine now.
The quality is the difference. You can tell the herbs are fresh and picked with some care behind it. The flavors come through strong without being overpowering, which is where a lot of herbal teas lose me.
